The Energy Company Obligation scheme (ECO4) is an initiative proposed by the UK government to help homes become more energy efficient and save money on bills. The UK government is offering a 100% free replace of any old or uneconomical electric storage heaters in properties.
This initiative is to help reduce the amount of homeonwers in fuel poverty and is aimed at helping specific demographics in society, such as low-income households, vulnerable households and fuel-poor households.

Will My Survey Cost Me Anything?

Depending on your circumstances, if you qualify for the grant, it will be free of charge. If not, your survey will cost £39.00; however, the survey cost will be deducted from your final installation cost should you wish to proceed.

Will You Be Taking COVID-19 Precautions?

Yes, all of our staff are testing 2 – 3 times per week and are still wearing face masks, hand sanitizing before and after each survey/installation and keeping a safe distance. We have also reduced the number of surveys each surveyor will have per day.
